Estimates & our work

• Estimates are free and without obligation. Asking for one doesn’t commit you to anything.
• Nothing on the website is a price quote. Prices depend on the tree, its location, access and what’s around it, so we give you the price in writing after we see the job.
• The written estimate governs the job. The scope, price and any terms for the work are those in the written estimate or agreement you approve. If anything on this website conflicts with it, the written estimate or agreement controls.
• Sending a form is a request, not a booking. A job is scheduled only once we confirm it with you.

Scheduling & emergencies

We offer 24/7 emergency response, but arrival times depend on location, weather, the number of calls after a storm and, above all, safety. We’ll always tell you honestly when our crew can be there. Because a form can’t tell us how urgent your situation is, for emergencies please call (703) 743-4688. If anyone is hurt or a power line is involved, call 911 first.

Your property & permits

• When you request work, please make sure you own the property or are authorized by the owner to request it, and that the information you give us is accurate.
• Tell us about anything we should know — property lines, underground lines, septic systems, pets, gates or access limits.
• Some trees and locations may need approval from a town, county or HOA. We’ll let you know if we believe a permit or approval may be needed; unless we agree in writing to handle it, obtaining approvals for your property is the owner’s responsibility.

How we contact you

When you send us a request, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about that request — for example, to schedule your estimate, send it to you, confirm appointments or follow up. We don’t use your information for unrelated marketing without your permission. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by telling us or emailing info@greentreeservicespro.com. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
